Great Falls Fabulous

Project Product Lines: Wood-Mode

Door Styles: Renaissance Raised

Species & Finish: Maple Eggshell

The contrast of the cream colored cabinetry and black granite combined with elegant traditional details blend together harmoniously providing a light but warm feeling space. A custom decorative wood hood draws the eye and is complimented by the quiet simplicity of the backsplash tiles. Visual interest is achieved in depth changes with custom columns on the island and at the sink with fluted trim details while special horizontal rails align on the wall and tall cabinets for a symmetrical balance. The Chippendale glass mullion doors with warm LED lighting set an elegant display enhanced by unlaquered brass pulls and lighting fixtures. Functional storage features such as interior rollouts, fineline drawer fittings, corner Susan and appliances garage lift door provide a place for everything in this family’s hub for preparing and enjoying meals together and gracious entertaining with ease.

What Makes This Project Unique:

Custom Decorative Wood Hood, Custom Columns on island, Special horizontal rails on tall and wall cabinet doors, Renaissance Raised panel door used in WM 84 construction, Chippendale Mullion door, special angled side tall cabinet to fit angled wall.

Design Challenges:

The original dated kitchen had a very cramped workspace caused by a cooktop on the island and refrigerator where the hood and rangetop are now. The wall now with tall cabinetry use to have a small framed in pantry closet and the double ovens built into the drywall but removing that allowed space for the 42″ refrigerator to move there and also plenty of pantry cabinet storage and double ovens, microwave built in drawer and 36″ rangetop all in a 211 s.f. of space.
